Position: Filenet and Java Developer (Adobe Live Cycle Experience)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Months +

Mandatory Requirements:

·        Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a FileNet and Java Developer

• FileNet migration experience

·        Hands on experience of latest FileNet versions

·        Good Java, JEE experience with basic and advanced java. Server technologies including Application Server, REST, and J2EE. Good knowledge of Java, JEE design patterns

• Good knowledge of the business process around Exploration and Production
• Demonstrable experience in Work flow and BPM tools

·        Ability of create design documents based on requirements.

·        Certification in Java  preferred

·        Ability to define technical specifications

Desired Skills:

·        Adobe Live Cycle experience

·        Able to multi-task, be pro-active in project planning and requirements gathering, set and maintain multiple priorities

·        Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service

·        Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set

·        Experience with software development life cycle and application release management
