Title: Front End Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Description 

The incumbent will be involved with heavy-duty HTML5/CSS3 development within the context of ColdFusion templates and design work in Photoshop

Expert-level ability with CSS3 and HTML5 is required.

Candidates must be able to show examples of complex layout.

In depth understanding of cross-browser, front-end development issues(IE8 +, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari)-

Very good design sensibilities with current UI/UX design trends and methods-

Ability to reproduce Photoshop mocks for implementation into front-end mark-up code-

Strong ability to translate technical requirements into solutions-

Familiarity with ColdFusion (you won't be doing hard core ColdFusion coding, but you need to understand things like IF/ELSE statements and loops so you know where to integrate in your CSS and HTML)-

Knowledge of JavaScript (DOJO preferred)- Experience with coding for responsive design-

A can-do, get the job done whatever it takes attitude is a must: this is not your average 9-to-5 position.

Deadlines will be demanding and you must be willing to go the extra mile! The qualified candidate must have 8-10 years past experience in front-end web development.

Candidates must also have working experience with SQL, HTML5,Advanced CSS, XML and JavaScript.

The ideal candidate must be a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Ability / Willingness to learn new skills as required.
