Job Title: HCM Functional Analyst

Location: NW, Washington, DC

Duration: Can go to 4+ Years

 

HCM Functional Analysts shall:

a.  Have experience with functional implementation or support for all

HCM products:

•      Human Resources

•      Payroll for North America

•      Base Benefits

•      Benefits Administration

•      Recruit Workforce

•      Position Management

•      Compensation

•      Absence Management

•      Health and Safety

•      Security Administration

•      Portal Administration

•      Workflow Administration

•      Query

•      Talent Acquisition Management

•      Directory Interface

•      Candidate Gateway

•      Resume Processing

•      HRMS Portal Pack

•      Business Intelligence

•      XML Publisher

•      PeopleSoft Test Framework

•      Application Test Suite

•      Self-Service and Manager Self-Service Products:

o    eBenefits

o    eCompensation

o    eCompensation Manager

o    eDevelopment

o    ePay

o    ePerformance

o    eProfile

o    eProfile Manager

 

b. Have a bachelor's degree in CS or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience

c. Have knowledge and experience of accounting principles and financial applications

d. Possess five or more years of experience in full cycle of software development for HCM/HRMS application and portal including:

•   Requirements Analysis

•    System Design

•   Development

•  Unit Testing

•  System Integration

•  Production Support

e.  Have effective analytical abilities

f. Have excellent oral and written communication skills

g. Be able to work effectively as a team member

h. Provide support to client users

i. Possess mastery of the following:

•      PeopleSoft tools, including, but not limited to:

•      Query

•      Ability to code or read SQL a plus
