It is commonsense that if you operate any business inside or on the US soil you will have to be accountable to IRS .Although you sound very enlightened on the subject, I did think you were saying anything new to me. Even those who operate grocery stores ,group homes as well send containers home know the implications of registrating their businesses here in the USA.
You guys should not push suh ade with his blind ambitious business plans when you don't know the source of his loans. No serious person will indulge in this kind of adventure when he has not properly assessed the profit accrued ,pay all his loans from American banks plus pay all the workers.
To me this is a suicide mission for a man who has "shortly" his house to the US banks to buy buses.

The banks will take everything all the way to Cameroon and what happens to the children?You should be mindful when these loans are taken recklessly and rapidly. I'm concerned about this camnet bus business because some of you cannot be trusted.
For a man w ho is surrounded by bad Advisers it is nothing new but I can say this, taking huge loans from the US and investing in Cameroon is risky except this man has a grand scheme to push the banks to confiscate his house when he does not pay back,one should be concern about his agenda when he has child supports and alimonies to pay for all the children and women he has misled.This man has an agenda and we shall make sure that a trust fund is established for the boys before the ship wreck.
Some of You like to misled others and thereafter you laugh at them after they have crashed. But I would be surprised if it was otherwise. When you take out loans,you want to be sure you can pay back before taking out more. In a capitalism like the USA,once the bank knows there is a collateral security ,in case,the house that he has,they will allow you to loan as much ad you want at high interest rates and risk because they have nothing to loose.
In short your analyses failed short of focusing on the details because you are just excited with your lame economic knowledge that lack realistic business insights based on loan and interest transactions. I just wonder if you knew what you were writing about? Here are the facts for you. Those who shout at the republicans and yet worst than them. Doing business to impress camnet circle of friends at the expense of children is bizarre and it s the more why I question your motives but long live free speech and don't forget to buy your shares to prove yourself and justify your public claims.
