General Description:
• Works with project manager and users to analyze design, implement and support business applications and systems.
• Develops detailed functional systems and program specifications using SDM (E.G. develop and execute test cases, use cases and documentation). Ensure built in quality with ownership.
• Strong Verbal and written communication, knowledge of cross-functional.
• Technical assistance to support IS systems related to Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• Create test plans and architecture drawing and test plans. Capture and report on KPI and test results to support project success.
Work Experience Requirements:
• Experience (5-8 years) in Business Analysis, working with business customers to determine needs/requirements and developing business process flows.
• Extensive experience with managing projects of small-medium complexity, working with 3-5 man teams to develop custom solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks.
• Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners.
• 1-3 years' experience with Server Operating System & Hardware technologies to Include Windows Unix & Linux.
• 1-3 years' experience with Client Operating Systems Windows XP-64 & 7.
Skills & Qualifications: (optional, but a plus):
• 1-3 years' experience with software implementation Including License Management systems
• 1-3 years' experience with Mobility Tool (Virtual Desktop, Tablets etc.)
• Experience with MS Office (Visio, Excel Etc.).
