dear sirs' ......I had the opportunity of interacting with a minimum of 4 B schools .....some of my relatives' children did their pgdm in those schools..... it seems all the four are really good in terms of faculty first and then infrastructure as well.....for B schools issues some special mechanism shall be developed at the earliest...
....unfortunately, in most of the university affiliated private mba colleges, people see only beautiful buildings, buildings and buildings alone without sufficient, qualified and competent faculty....... if at all faculty are there, they are paid very meagre salaries rangine from Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000 per month that too, with erratic periodicity.......
....educational institution means, teachers and teahers welfare is first and then only the significance of buildings, labs, library, etc.....
....Sir C.V.Raman spent only rs.150/- in coming out with his discovery known as Raman Effect, which had dealt with change of wavelength when a light ray passes from one medium to another medium....... such kind of wonders are possible due to the numbers and the commitment of the then teachers....
....hope, sufficient attention and focus will be thrown upon faculty issues....
