Explanation for Position: The Senior Business Systems Analyst performs functions on highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross functional projects. She/he serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.). This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The Senior Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems   Details of Position: Expert in CRM solutions(Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com); serves as a subject matter expert and performs functions for urgent, high visibility, high profile, and strategic projects to ensure accuracy and completeness while meeting challenging deadlines;  develops business and functional requirements and corresponding work products for highly complex projects to ensure stakeholders' understanding; facilitates meetings to gather relevant information and to ensure understanding of the audience's knowledge; breaks down highly complex concepts into smaller, comprehensible concepts   Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications (Microsoft Office), good project management skills (Microsoft Project); works well in a team
