Skills Required and Job Description:

Our client in Northern California is in need of a Business Analyst to take on the responsibilities of acting as the liaison between business unit and the technology organization. In this position, the candidate will perform analysis, define client needs, and assist in the implementation of systems, applications and programs that are designed to enhance productivity.   Qualifications College degree or the equivalent in experience is required. Experience with Guidewire and/or AgencyPort is a huge plus. 2-3+ years of technology experience working in a Business Analyst role. Property Casualty experience is a must. Hands on experience with claims, underwriting or financial technical experience, preferred Application programming experience, agile development/waterfall development experience, GAP analysis, experience writing BRD and BFRD, and project management knowledge is required. IIBA-CBAP certification is helpful Proven experience working in a collaborative, team environment with a project team is critical.
