Job Title: Attorney
Location: NYC
Duration: 4+ Months
Mid-level attorney with prior experience with tech/vendor contracts. Must be detail-oriented, hard-working and able to multi-task and handle a large volume. Should also be a fast learner and take initiative. Individual will have 6-7 years of experience.
Attorney should be skilled in vendor contracts. He / she will need to have an understanding of legal implications on terminating, renewing, amending vendor contracts specially in IT and Market Data contracts.
