Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
The onsite HCM Functional Lead is responsible for the day to day service delivery of all application maintenance activities related to SAP-HCM and the related sub modules. On a daily basis, the resource will:
Manage incidents and minor enhancement change requests
Assign and prioritize work for the team
Work with the offshore delivery team to ensure quality delivery
Drive and manage minor enhancement scope, including estimating, delivery, status updates, etc.
Perform analysis and troubleshooting of incidents/issues
Perform hands on changes for critical/time sensitive issues
Meet SLA/schedule targets
Liaise with the business/CRM and provide updates / status
Facilitate interaction with other teams in order to resolve issues
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage issues and risks pertaining to the team

Required Skills:
Deep SAP-HCM-Payroll IDoc processing experience. They need experience with Payroll IDoc configuration, troubleshooting and resolution.
5+ years with SAP-HCM
Experience with OM/PA, Payroll, Benefits, Time modules (configuration of info types, wage types, schemas/rules)
Some technical background is strongly preferred – ABAP HR, IDocs
Experience providing application maintenance support
Strong working knowledge of SDLC
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide leadership and management to a team
Experience managing and working with an offshore team
Experience with US benefits is mandatory
Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve interface issues
