Position:        Techno-Functional PowerPlant application consultant (PowerPlant)

Duration:     6 Months

Location:         Houston, TX - could require some travel to New Jersey ( Travel expenses are paid)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

MANDATORY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

   ·   Experience and knowledge of how to design and create interfaces
       between the PowerPlant Fixed Asset Accounting System and SAP.
 
 
   ·    Working knowledge of SAP financial accounting processes (General
      Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project
      Accounting, Close, Budget)
 
 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Techno-Functional PowerPlant application specialist, you will Integrate SAP Financials with the PowerPlant Fixed Asset Accounting System:
 
 o            Gather and analyze requirements and help client re-design processes
    where necessary
 
 
 o            Develop functional and technical specifications
 
 
 o            Design and create interfaces between the PowerPlant application and SAP
 
 
 o            Configure the PowerPlant application if necessary
 
 
 o            Assist client with data conversion if necessary
 
 
 o            Conduct integration testing …support the client’s User Acceptance
               Testing (UAT)
 
 
 o         Provide knowledge transfer to client and ensure the client staff are
            ready to use the new  application interfaces
