[MTC Global] Award Research Excellence and Innovation based on Market Value

We have colleges that are known (like IIT, IIM, NIT,IISc..) but they can never match the intellectual powerhouse of "University" status. Lot of research is done in centers not associated with any colleges as well. Research excellence is not rewarded in most colleges since everyone gets the same pay scale and increments.. Even China rewards based on market value but most Indian Colleges do not.

from MTC we can consider to take few research or Innovation projects based on Industry, India needs. Infosys, Mahindra & other corporate are already encouraging this.
