Southern Cameroons does not need a REFERENDUM to restore its Independence voted for by the UN General Assembly as per UN Resolution 1608 and other affiliated Resolutions. 

That will be done by a simple Restoration Proclamation aided along by the absence of a UNION TREATY between the francophone State of La Rpublique du cameroun which became Independent on January 1, 1960 and the anglophone state of Southern Cameroons which became independent on October 1, 1961.

Moreover in 1995, Southern Cameroonian Nationalists executed a SIGNATURE REFERENDUM which validated the ongoing RESTORATION OF INDEPENDENCE.

My advise, to those very interested in RESTORATION DAY is simple: WAIT FOR IT! 

The EDUCATION and EDUCATING PHASE has run its course.
