Primary Responsibilities: *Collaborate closely with product owners to define product requirements for web and native mobile applications targeting consumers. *Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines. *Provide creative solutions that define efficient and user-friendly applications for the consumer market *Develop Use Cases and user stories for application flows for web portals in phone, tablet, and desktop delivery modes *Perform analysis and define data mapping models in support of service oriented architecture *Communicate design to all stakeholders *Work closely with engineers and quality analysts to ensure that requirements are understood and complete. *Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups *Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success *Mentor other Systems Analysts *Company thought leader. *Functional SME. *Broad business approach. *Resource to senior leadership. *Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends. Experience in the HealthCare industry (UHG, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Wellpoint, Aetna) Recent projects in the mobile Industry space (iOS, iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android, Windows Phone...etc.) |
