Must-haves
- 2+ years of Cisco Voice Engineering - NOT on the GUI side, but on the voice gateway/cisco router configuration side  (all email) (call handlers, routers)
- Voice configuration on a router (2800's and 2900's)
- Deploy networks on their own
- Large enterprise background
- Call Manager, Call Handlers, Unity connection, voicemail
- Unity Voicemail
- SRST
- Dial Peers
- Good Communication
- UCCE
- CVP (Contact center enterprise and cisco voice portal)

 

This company is undertaking a major initiative to replace their entire Voice infrastructure which consists of replacing Legacy voice with Cisco VOIP across the retail chain for thousands of stores nationwide. It will allow for a better end user customer experience, as the calls to the pharmacy will be routed to a call center type environment where pharmacists will answer customers' questions in an efficient manner. That will free up time for the pharmacists in the retail stores, and customers that are physically in the stores will be able to meet with Pharmacists directly. These Voice Engineers will be doing the implementation of the voice gateways, doing the Cisco router H323 configuration. They do NOT need a support person, but a true engineer who has been on the voice gateway/router side rather than just on the GUI side. Other examples of work they will be doing will include: Telnet into equipment (SSH), Add soft phones to locations doing test calls, test features of lo! cal Dial In/911/Voicemail for the stores, Drive through testing connected to an analog port, and put some engineering packages together consisting of the documentation of the work done and test plans. Need to be able to work with Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Emergency Responder and Cisco Unity voicemail
