Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	PRIMARY SKILLS ü 10+ years of experience in Java/Java EE ü Excellent client interaction background ü Experience in Onsite/Offshore model ü Proficiency in hiberante/JPA Framework ü Proven experience in OO thinking/design, Java/Java EE design patterns & translating functional requirements using same ü Proficiency in Spring Framework ü Experience in Application development being part of entire SDLC ü Ability to understand business processes ü Proficiency in hiberante/JPA Framework ü Experience in SQL/PLSQL. ü Hands-on experience writing unit test cases using JUnit ü Proficiency in various Libraries, Frameworks & Tools used for Java development including Subversion, ClearCase & Eclipse. SECONDARY SKILLS ü Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology ü Knowledge in Airline domain ü Basic UNIX exposure ü Good knowledge of XML / parsers ü Good experience of working in Application servers like Websphere.
Roles and responsibility	ü Analyze Business requirements and provide accurate technical work estimates. ü Design and architect systems taking into account both functional and non-functional requirements for both onsite & offshore activities ü Ensure compliance to design standards and best practices. ü Provide technical leadership to solve problems and guide on the design and development ü Perform extensive design and code reviews ü Present architecture/design to the client team ü Co-ordinate with delivery team at Offshore for development and delivery ü Identify key technical risks and strategies to mitigate them ü Ensure thorough unit testing and assist the BAs with functional, system and interface testing
