As an Academia :Key to satisfaction
(i) Don’t try to be too friendly or get too close with your students on a personal level. Stay professional and make sure the students know who’s in charge. Be at times Merciless if required .
(ii)If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all!”
(iii) A academician words are powerful, so use them wisely. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
(iv) Academia are not expected to be walking dictionaries or encyclopedias. Ask students to find out answers themselves also. Show them lots of videos and case lets as pedagogy apart from One text book
(v) Every academician has the power to create experiences that shape the future of a student positively
(vI) Adhere to this preaching - Get over the idea that only students should spend their time in study. Be a student so long as you still have something to learn, and this will mean all your life. – Henry L. Doherty
(vii) Fail students in case they are not upto mark rather than have a feeling of guilt.
