Knowledge and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a solutions architect and deploying large scale, complex business related applications.

• Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-oriented architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

• Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: C# .NET MVC and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc), Common frameworks (Entity Framework, NHibernate, Unit Testing, and Telerik RadControls) and Microsoft based database technologies (SSIS, SQL Server Service Broker, SSAS, and SSRS)

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices

• Experience with Team Foundation Server Application Lifecycle Management

• Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.

• Proven leadership skills, particularly with providing architectural direction as it relates to application deployment/development and integration

Contractor will have to provide their own laptop and we will provide them with a virtual machine to log into to gain access to the state network.
