The person needs to manage a team of 30 people, working on L1 and L2 support function. The person will have to review the metrics with customer and manage all aspects of the support function.
The person will be involved in batch jobs development and support 50% of his time. Participation in escalation calls at off hours required.

Excellent Autosys , perl, Sybase skills are a must
