Job Description:             Extensive experience with software architecture and senior development skills in a high pressure, time critical environment.
             Extensive and in-depth experience with Java
             Strong experience in developing highly multithreaded highly scalable, concurrent applications
             Extensive experience of a relational database.
             Extensive experience of multi-tier architectures.
             Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
             Ability to effectively manage multiple streams of work and to organise self (and others) to deliver in a timely fashion.
             In-depth understanding of performance tuning, message integrity and security related to real-time applications.
             Ability to provide mission critical 3rd level production support
