Job Description:The consultant MUST HAVE the following experience.

- 7+ years systems engineering/development experience with primarily Java Technologies
- 5+ years Systems or Application Infrastructure Architect experience with a focus on performance engineering/tuning
- Strong experience with SCM tools (TFS, CVS, VSS)
- Strong understanding of Performance Engineering tools, processes, methodology
- Strong experience developing stubs for applications in order to do verification of an application
