5. Discussing technical solutions with customer technical team and suggesting innovative ideas for solution
5. Interaction with other teams (QA, Business, Technical Architect, Content Management team)
5. Development
6. Maintaining high quality code to have standard in in place so that code is maintainable

 
Skills:

5. Exceptional Java programming skills
5. Exceptional knowledge of Struts framework
5. Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and web services
5. Good understanding of JSP, Servlets
6. Experience working with version control systems such as SVN
5. Excellent soft skills
