SAP QM (Quality Management) Business Analyst
Location: Hopkins, MN
Duration: 3+ Months
Required
· 10+ years of professional industry experience
· 5 + years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality Management (QM):
· Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
· Proven conflict resolution skills
· Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
· Experienced working with ambiguity
· Strong problem solving/decision-making skill
· Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel
· Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues
· Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be during a system implementation at a plant which can only happen during scheduled downtime
Preferred
· Past project management experience
· Experience with:
· SAP QM Configuration
· Specifications
· Inspection Plans
· Inspection Lots
· Inspection Results
· QM Master Data
· Outbound Inspection Processing
· Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment
· Quality Notifications
· Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses
· Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions
· Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration
