REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
VBA developers (Visual Basic for applications)
St. Louis, MO
4 Jobs open
4-6 month contract.
· 2-3 years minimum of VBA development (working with accessing data through SQL Server)
· Must be local or close enough to drive here by Monday 4/28/14 to start. (Chicago, Kansas, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Ohio)
· They would like to interview by phone on Friday.
MUST HAVE VBA development skills.
Software Engineer -- VBA/MS Office Developer (4 Openings) --This position needs basic skills. It is a good opportunity for an entry level S/E. They will be taking a view from our system and then coding it (can be very repetitive).
Minimum Requirements
-- Minimum of one-two years systems engineering/administration experience
-- Knowledge of multiple technologies that include: VBA, MS Office, VB Script, SQL Server 2008
-- Knowledge of technologies considered a plus: .NET, C#, XML, Oracle, HTML
Qualified applicants must also possess the following skills/competencies:
-- Must have good verbal and written communication skills , ability to effectively communicate with various IT teams
-- Must have good organizational and analytical skills
-- Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to judge between what is requested and what is feasible given the parameters of the technology and the project, and be able to demonstrate the ability to identify impending problems and raise and solve issues
