Good communications skills facilitation, presentation and reporting, written, and upper management communication Strong knowledge of integration concepts
Analytic and planning skills Should be able to conduct workshops and nail down the mapping issues with various application stakeholders
Hands on experience in Message Broker and MQ Series.
Hands on experience in developing and designing message flow, message sets, DB configuration using the standard broker nodes.
Hands on experience in various message formats like XML, CSV, etc.Hands on experience in ESQL and various broker nodes.
Knowledge on various protocols like MQ,Http etc Knowledge on message broker patterns how/why/when
