Depending on the jobs posted on our job portal we may send around thirty to forty (some times more) emails per day. The best way to manage them is by creating a filter to redirect all the incoming mails into separate folder and after applying relevant jobs, it'll be easy to clear the folder to make inbox clutter free.

For Gmail web interface, use 'Filter messages like this' option. For other email clients or web interface, use the mailing list id 'newjobs-owner@e-jobs-ville.com' to redirect mails coming from mailing list into a separate folder.
