Job Description:Title: Business Analyst with Mobile POS experience
 
POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Business Analyst is responsible for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered by IT.  The BA must support the business through the implementation process. This position requires appropriate business acumen focusing on supporting a project team and the brands.. Areas requiring demonstrated knowledge include but are not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, and identify and documenting functional, technical and business requirements. Project planning experience is a major plus.
 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development and documentation of requirements
- Provide support for the development of project, implementation and resource plans
- Prepare and disseminate reports
- Communicate with project team members, vendors, and store personnel
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in BA role within IT
- BS or BA degree
 - Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify, develop and document
business, functional and technical requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver results through collaboration
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
 
MUST HAVE 2 years professional experience as a business analyst working with IT. Must have strong communication and organization skills. Project planning experience a plus.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MOBILE POS
