Job Description:· 7+ years of System analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications. Out of this 2+ years should be on the web development on J2EE environment
· Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities.
· Good oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
· Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing business
· Ability to work overtime as needed
· Offshore communication needed
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
