 Overall 10+ Years of experience
·         At least 4+ Oracle CRM On Demand implementations/upgrades with experience around 6+ Years in implementation.
·         Good knowledge of CRM domain in various verticals
·         Proven capability  in requirement gathering & converting business requirement to functional requirements
·         Strong experience in Client meetings, business team meetings to get system requirements
·         Strong verbal & Written communication skills
·         Creating design documents
·         Strong exposure in onsite/offshore model of project execution
·         Functional & Technical knowledge of  Oracle CRM On Demand
Knowledge of
·         Oracle CRM On  Demand Administration
·         Oracle CRM On  Demand Platform
·         Oracle CRM On  Demand  Customization
·         Knowledge of CRM On  Demand integration with Oracle & other Products
·         Knowledge of CRM On  Demand data import/ export
·         Problem solving/debugging skills
·         knowledge of CRM on mobile & Reports on mobile
