Job Description:This is our direct-client is looking for an Oracle ERP Analyst - St. Louis, MO.  This is a full time permanent role and the salary is DOE. 

Client does not typically offer any relocation benefits or packages.   Ideal candidates should already live in the St. Louis area or be planning to live/work in the St. Louis area of their own accord.

The Position an ORACLE ERP Analyst level III with a specialty in HCMS Module – Benefits and HR.

Essential Outcomes

This position is 60% technical and 40% functional.
Gather and evaluate business requirements.  Determine approach to meet requirements with Oracle capabilities and customizations.
Develop, test, and implement new Oracle capabilities, customizations, or configurations.
Investigate Oracle HCMS functionality, data, and interface problems. 
Determine and implement resolutions.
Build Interfaces between Oracle HR, Payroll, and OAB Benefits system and other applications.
Build Fast-Formulas and reports for Oracle HR, Payroll, and OAB Benefits.
Assist with development of recommendations, business case, and estimates for new functionality and changes.
Assist with, as appropriate, orientation and training of Oracle end users/customers.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to listen and communicate effectively with all levels of Organization
Ability to document requirements, recommendations, estimates, and system information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to develop complex SQL queries.
Ability to develop fast formulas for payroll, PTO, and OAB.
Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Experience with Oracle Alerts.
Experience using Discoverer Reporting using Admin and User layers.
Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports 6i.
Understanding of information technology standards, procedures and best practices.
Experience participating in project teams.

Education

M.B.A. /M.S. or equivalent experience required.
