Senior Test Lead:                         

         

1. Healthcare Domain Exposure - Must to have
2. CLAIMS - Knowledge on Claims processing, Adjudication, EDI, X12 , 837, 835, 271,270 - Must to have.
3. EOB/EXTRACTS Knowledge on Payor end, EOB/Extracts, Good experience on SQL backend testing, writing complex queries
4. 4. Accumulations - Knowledge/Experience on Inbound, Outbound, Benefits, Accumulations, Unix
5. Finance - Good to have experience on XML validation, Interfaces testing, Unix
6. Tools - Quality Center, Manual and or Test Automation skills
7. Good Testing Process & Methodology skills, Status Reporting , customer expectations management skills
8. Self Starter, Pro Active, Should have excellent communications skills along with leadership skills.
