I have tried to open the first attachment although not very clear, from what I got, it seems the SCNC has launched a Petition at the UN Committee in Geneva. As a reminder, the Committee does not have jurisdiction to decide on People's Rights unlike the African Commission so all the sections dealing with the rights of the people of Southern Cameroons might be thrown out.
If possible, the peoples rights should be framed as if they are the rights of a Southern Cameroonian not the people of Southern Cameroons so that they can be admissible.
Remember that sections of Fon Ndinka's petition was thrown out because of the above reasons.
