What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?
· Understands Active Directory architecture and system integration problems. Knowledgeable of Group policy Administration
· Knowledgeable of Active Directory components and related infrastructure.
· Knowledgeable of Reporting and Auditing Capabilities for Active Directory
· Provide third tier support for client/server infrastructure and application support.
· Disaster recovery
· Pro-actively monitor the stability and performance of Active Directory.
· Analyze and resolve problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security.
· Experience working with PowerShell, VBscript,
Nice to have:
· Experience with ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)
· Experience with multifactor authentication technology.
· Experience with Office 365 Dirsync, RADIUS and FIM is a plus.
· Project management expertise
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?
1. Active Directory (2008 R2 and 2012 R2)
2. Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge (v2 and or v3)
3. Nice to have: VBscriptin
