Job Title: Sr. PL/SQL Support Engineer
Work Location: Weehawken, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Mandatory Skills: PL/SQL, Discoverer, Java
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Distributed developer and taking care of Oracle PL/SQL, Database & Unix related tasks under all EDW applications
• Proven experience in the software support and maintenance lifecycle
• Experience of working in a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team
• Preferably exposure to Capital Markets/Financial Markets and the underlying business operations
• Preferable knowledge on AsseT
• Participate in KT sessions for onboarding new applications/changes.
• Provide cross KT to other team members
• Self-starter able to work in a globally distributed team.
• Good communicator .Ability to liaise with the business, operations and technical support team around business requirements as well as interface partners on technical aspects of the interfaces.
• Strong problem solving abilities, logical thinker
• Ability to multi-task across initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferable knowledge on AsseT.
