JavaScript Engineer – Store Digital Team
Our well known retail client is looking for a contract Sr. Software Engineer for Javascript development for their Store Digital team. The store digital team develops mobile apps (iOS / Javascript hybrid apps) for deployment in stores, which communicate with back-end systems for various functions. This role will be responsible front-end development in Javascript, and some iOS development.
Requirements:
· Extensive experience with technical design, hands-on development, unit testing and delivery to production of solutions using javascript.
· Strongly prefer experience developing hybrid iOS / PhoneGap apps.
· Excellent written and spoken communications
· Excellent documentation skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with a mix of local and remote resources
· Bias for getting things done, overcoming obstacles, taking ownership of difficult problems, critical but constructive discussion, keeping a positive attitude
2. REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
Position - Java Lead
Rate – 60/hr on c2c
Location – Stamford, CT
Duration – 3+ Months
This is a Java lead role suitable for a generalizing specialist with primary skills in Java, Oracle, unit testing driven development and agile software development.
They must also have a wide range of secondary skills, including a sound understanding of financial products, accounting basics and regulatory reporting.
Role needs hands-on engineer and as a team lead.
Programming Expert level software engineer with experience in Core Java ( Basic Java concepts, Collection framework, Multithreading) MUST have good hands on and in depth knowledge.
DB : Oracle SQL/PLSQL coding.
Unit testing tools : Junit, mockito, fitnesse (Working knowledge of Junit is a must)
Others : Maven, Unix basics Dev methodologies : Exposure to Agile, Test driven development.
Able to run technical workshops, code reviews and mentor other team members.
3. REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
Position: Oracle SOA Developer
Rate: $50/hr on c2c all incl
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Duration: 3 + Months
· Extensive experience in the use of WSRR for SOA governance and service lifecycle management
· customizing the information meta-model to suit the SOA governance model for an organization, customizing the user interfaces(web and Business Space)
· Specifying the topology considerations for planning a deployment configuration
· Configuring fine-grained and coarse-grained security
· Using one or more of the various programmatic interfaces offered to support client interaction. strong expertise in design and implementation of SOA-based application using J2EE/XML
· Experience with SOA governance principles such as service versioning, service specifications, and service level agreements
· Experience with developing or implementing Web services best practices such as multi-part WSDL files, namespace standards, and compatible interface changes
· Experience implementing Restful services using XML or JSON
· Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and applying design patterns and SOA principle
