1. Expert hands on experience on ATG Modules (Personalization, Promotions, Checkout, BCC)  -> Must to have
2. Hands on experience on CSC customization and CSC working knowledge -> Nice to have.
3. Endeca experience (Nice to have)
4. Ability to debug memory leak issues (Heap Dump Analysis, thread dump analysis

1. Ability to focus on Delivery by working with multiple architecture teams and Offsite Dev Teams
2. Strong defect triaging skills and communication / escalation skills -> Must to have
3. Ability to work on multiple projects at same time
