Competencies
· Ability to design, develop , configure and maintain .Net based application
· Rich experience in having Water Fall and Agile methodology.
· Experience in MVC Architecture & Design Patterns.
· Experience in Responsive Web Design
· Experience in Desktop, Mobile & browser base Applications
· Demonstrated skill using Visual Studio.
· Background with team based source control systems
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
· Ability to work alone or in teams.
Technical strengths
Mandatory
· Must have Overall 4-5+ years of IT development experience in C#, .net framework
· Experience with developing Web applications using .Net Framework (3.5/3.0), ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# CSS, SQL server 2008, WCF Services, TFS , Visual Studio
· Must have 4-7 Years of Integration(EAI) Experience in Microsoft technologies
· Must have Experience in developing applications using MS SQL Server/Oracle Database systems
· Must have HTML5, JQuery, and AJAX experience.
· Experience in SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2, or SQL Server 2012
· SQL development including queries, triggers, joins, and stored procedures
· Experienced in providing Business Process Workflow Solution using MOSS 2010, InfoPath 2010 and Windows Workflow Foundation.
· Extensive experience in developing components using .Net languages. Strong knowledge of .Net Framework, Grid view, Detail view, Themes and Skin, Developed User Control, Custom Control, Web Services, Components and Event Handler using C# and ASP .net.
Optional – Nice to Have:
· Experience in integrating SharePoint with other applications/systems
· Experience in SharePoint Server 2007/2010/2013.
· Strong experience in creating Web-parts, Tool parts, Custom Content Types, Features, Out-of-the-box Workflows and various Custom Document Libraries and Lists.
· Extensive Knowledge on creating Sites, Site Columns, Lists, List Views, Site Templates, Wikis Sites and Team Site worked as a SharePoint Administrator.
· Well versed with SharePoint Server 2010 Out of the box functionality, SharePoint Designer 2007/2010/2013 and Visual Studio 2008/2010/2013
· Expert skill in analysis of functional specification, data modeling, SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint Foundation 2010.
· Extensive Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 features like Silverlight Web Part, Visual Web Part, Sandboxed Solutions, SharePoint Designer 2010, and InfoPath 2010.
· MS Certification is a plus
· At least 3 years of experience in design/developing EAI solutions/applications using Stone Bond integration tool-Desirable (We will train)
· Having implementation experience using Stone Bond integration tool is desirable (plus)-(We will train)
