• This resource MUST have extensive experience with Excel, Access, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
• Also this Business Analyst MUST have great communication skills to work with the business people to understand business process and data flows. Financial/Mortgage domain experience is needed.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a project team. Strong understanding of the SDLC. Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
