Scrum Master Consultant

Baltimore, MD

Long term

 

Should have at least 8+ Yrs of IT experience • Should have 2+ years of hands on experience in Agile - Scrum. • Should have experience in running Scrum stand-ups, Planning, Retrospectives and reviews. • Should possess excellent Scrum monitoring, tracking, process implementation, impediment resolution, and performance feedback expertise. • Should be capable of proposing business environment specific agile solutions to deliver value. • Must have strong communication skills. • Self-starter with strong management skills.

The associate must have strong hands on expertise in Agile Project Management Tools. Preferably, VersionOne. • MS- Project and MS Excel expertise.
