Job Description:
· Business Consultant/Analyst for Sales and Account Management shoul have very detailed Sales Business Process knowledge and experience in terms of Sales Operations, Marketing, Prospects, Rating, Quoting, Underwriting, Account Creation, Contract & Coverages, Products, and Benefits.
· Should have deep understanding of Sales related Healthcare Payer business functions such as Large Group, Small Group, Individual & Family, Medicare Advantage, Complex Accounts, Sales Operations & reporting, Producer Operations and Relations, Commissions, Agency Management, Broker Relationships, Campaign Management, Sales Operations Management,, Lead management, Benefit Maintenance, Group Renewals, Commissions management.
· Should have very good understanding in Analytics related to Sales Operations and Account Management.
· Good to have experience in at least one of the leading Sales Products like Salesforce, Pega, Benefitfocus, Colibrium Partners, Connecture, Ebix, eHealth, hCentive, Trizetto Quote2Card etc. Should have excellent skills in mapping requirements to business processes, ranking and prioritization of requirements based on established business value
· Should have very good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts, Marketing Fulfillment, Salesforce, Proposal Management Contents
· 7+ Years of experience as Business Analyst in Healthcare Payer domain preferable. Should be well versed in Business Requirements Elicitation and documentation process.
· Should have experience in effective Business Requirements modeling techniques like Business Process Flows, Workflow, Use Cases.
· Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), high negotiation and convincing skills and ability to create high impact presentations.
· Good to have experience working in Global Delivery Model(Onsite-Offshore model).
