Sin: Romans 14:23b For whatsoever is not of Faith is Sin.
For whatsoever is not of Faith is Sin!!!!!!
Friend, read Romans 14, all of it.
Then land at the very conclusion.
Verse 23, part b.
Ro 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Whatsoever is not of faith is sin!!!!!
Can you fathom the sheer POWER in this?
Why do you judge yourself?
Why do you judge others?
Read Romans 14 again and again and again.
It will help you.
Romans 14: 4 Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Master is able to make him stand.
Why do you allow others to judge you?
Whatsoever is not of faith is sin!!!!!
Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The concept of sin is a small matter between you and your God.
Nobody else.
Whereas the Lord God does not condemn you in you are in Christ.
Ro 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
And, whatsoever is not of faith is sin!!!!!
And, faith comes by hearing the voice of God within you.
Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
And faith comes by hearing the Christ within you in all your actions.
And, whatsoever is not of faith is sin!!!!!
Herein lies the definition of sin unto the New Covenant Christian.
Sin therefore is not about laws and commandments for Christ came to abolish the ENMITY that called the laws and commandments that separated us from God and has now made us at one-ment, justified, holy, and righteous before God and with God and in God.
Yes, I have arisen and am now in My Father!
We are now in Christ and hence in God himself.
This is very powerful
Read it for yourself.
All of Ephesians 2.
Eph 2: 1 And you he made alive, when you were dead through the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience. 3 Among these we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, following the desires of body and mind, and so we were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with him, and made us sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not your own doing, it is the gift of God-- 9 not because of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. 11 Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called the uncircumcision by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands-- 12 remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near in the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who has made us both one, and has broken down the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the law of commandments and ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, 16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby bringing the hostility to an end. 17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near; 18 for through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord; 22 in whom you also are built into it for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
Verse 15. Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
Let us pour strong light or phortizo unto the grey areas.
Let us unveil the dark areas.
Let us begin in the beginning.
What is sin?
The minute you say sin, religious people conjure images of the 10 Commandments and a wrathful, vengeful god sitting beside a lake of white-hot fire gathering his brows like gathering storm and getting ready to shove you therein.
Friend, there were more than 10 commandments, some of which you have never heard about.
The Roman Catholic Christian is in a sorry predicament.
Not only does this church not teach its members about the 612 actual commandments but this church actually re-wrote the 10 Commandments and actually removed some of them to suit its practiced idolatry.
Believe it or not idolatry is the direct consequence of the escalating pedophilia and homosexuality in this religious organization.
This is the subject of another teaching.
Read Romans 1.
What you call the 10 Commandments are actually the Mosaic Laws or the Law of Moses. There are more than 612 actual laws in the Bible meaning a total of 622 laws and commandments.
There were laws on everything including what to eat and even body hygiene.
The laws and the commandments were never given to us, the Gentiles.
They were given to the Jews and the Jews only.
I repeat, all the laws and the commandments were never given to us – Gentiles.
They were specifically given to the Jews.
Sin for the Jews was violating any of the laws and commandments.
The Jews had to OBEY all to be considered holy, a near impossibility!
Look at it this way.
You have this glass of water and some enemy pours in some dog shit into the water.
Does it matter whether the enemy poured in only a bit or a maximum load of dog shit into your water?
Would you drink it?
Of course not.
The water is contaminated, right?
So it was for the Jews and the laws and commandments.
They had to OBEY all, all 622 every one of them!
The Lord God did not give the Gentiles the law and the commandments, probably because he knew that the murderous satanic Pharisees Judaic Zionists Khazars – children of their father, the devil – needed more help.
God wrote his laws and commandments in the very essence – the conscience and the heart - of the Gentiles.
Ro 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
The law and the commandments were given only to the Jews and even then, not all the Jews lived under the law and the commandments.
See something.
Once upon a time there lived a Jew man called Samson.
The law and the commandments for Samson was not any of the 622 laws and commandments.
The law for Samson was: mother no whiskey while you are pregnant with Samson and, Samson, do not shave your hair.
This man called Samson went in unto a prostitute one day.
While his enemies waited to kill him in the morning, Samson got up from “sin” at midnight.
The spirit of the Lord was upon him and he carried away the gates of his enemies and took off.
Sin for Samson was: thou shall not go in unto a prostitute.
Sin was: do not shave your hair.
The day he revealed his secret, his enemies took hold of him.
I hope the self-righteous among us have learnt something.
David was king under the law.
The man should have been stoned for murdering Uriah and sleeping with his Bathsheba, Uriah’s wife.
Yet, Uriah’s wife is the mother of Solomon, a king after God’s heart.
May the self-righteous learn something.
Listen, the Lord God is not a law.
The Lord God is not a body of laws and commandments.
Whereas. Adam Clark’s is about the nearest accurate depiction of My God.
Hear Adam Clark.
Many attempts have been made to define the term GOD: as to the word itself, it is pure Anglo-Saxon, and among our ancestors signified, not only the Divine Being, now commonly designated by the word, but also good; as in their apprehensions it appeared that God and good were correlative terms; and when they thought or spoke of him, they were doubtless led from the word itself to consider him as THE GOOD BEING, a fountain of infinite benevolence and beneficence towards his ceatures.
A general definition of this great First Cause, as far as human words dare attempt one, may be thus given: The eternal, independent, and self-existent Being: the Being whose purposes and actions spring from himself, without foreign motive or influence: he who is absolute in dominion; the most pure, the most simple, and most spiritual of all essences; infinitely benevolent, beneficent, true, and holy: the cause of all being, the upholder of all things; infinitely happy, because infinitely perfect; and eternally self-sufficient, needing nothing that he has made: illimitable in his immensity, inconceivable in his mode of existence, and indescribable in his essence; known fully only to himself, because an infinite mind can be fully apprehended only by itself. In a word, a Being who, from his infinite wisdom, cannot err or be deceived; and who, from his infinite goodness, can do nothing but what is eternally just, right, and kind. Reader, such is the God of the Bible; but how widely different from the God of most human creeds and apprehensions!
So which is you own god because you are only as strong as your god.
Da 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. {corrupt: or, cause to dissemble}
God is the FRUIT – singular – FRUIT of the Spirit.
Ga 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Against God there is no law.
There is no law against God.
God is his virtues.
God is his Goodness
God is His God-ness.
The virtues of God – love-mercy-righteousness- joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: joy-peace-favour-grace-etc. - by far supersede all laws.
There is no law against the virtues of God.
Isaiah 53: 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace (SIN) was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Let us define sin, transgression and iniquities, shall we?
Sin is when you miss the mark. Sin for the Old Testament Christian was a transgression because they broke the law.
Sins could be iniquities, depravities, immoralities, debaucheries, evils, turpitudes and wickedness.
Galatians 5 speaks of the Works of the flesh and lies those works in order.
Galatians 5:19-20 Now the works of the flesh are plain: fornication, impurity, licentiousness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger, selfishness, dissension, party spirit, 21 envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Contrast the above with the works of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22.
Gal 5: 22-25 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.
If you are in Christ the promptings of the Spirit to you-wards so that you avoid sin is very, very high.
Very, very, very, very very, very, very, very very, very, very, high!
Isa 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
Ro 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
The Spirit of God is the indwelling Christ.
Isa 59:19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
Also consider Psalms 46:1-6 which demonstrates succinctly the EARLY WARNING and RADAR nature of the Christ within the Christ-ian.
Psalms 46: 1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; 3 though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. [Selah] 4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God will help her right early.
Your earthen vessel or body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
Christ in you, the hope of glory
1Co 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. {defile: or, destroy}
2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Re 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
Re 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
Whenever you see the word WATER in the Bible watch it: Look out for the Holy Spirit of the Christ within.
The Lord Jesus likened the Holy Spirit to Water.
Joh 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He who believes in me, as the scripture has said, 'Out of his heart (belly) shall flow rivers of living water.'" 39 Now this he said about the Spirit, which those who believed in him were to receive; for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. 40 When they heard these words, some of the people said, "This is really the prophet." 41 Others said, "This is the Christ." But some said, "Is the Christ to come from Galilee? 42 Has not the scripture said that the Christ is descended from David, and comes from Bethlehem, the village where David was?" 43 So there was a division among the people over him. 44 Some of them wanted to arrest him, but no one laid hands on him. 45 The officers then went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who said to them, "Why did you not bring him?" 46 The officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this man!"
Tongue-blasting, fire-breathing Christ-ians know it for a fact. That the Christ within starts rising like water or liquid fire from the belly when there is work to do: demons to smash!
Now that the Christ is come and dwells in those that believe whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Friend, this is dangerously important.
There are SEVEN – 07 – SEPT spirits in the Christ or the Holy Spirit.
This is the subject of another teaching but one of them is called WISDOM.
There are 03 levels of wisdom – Sophia or the total wisdom available unto man, Sunesis or your understanding of wisdom and Phronesis.
Phronesis is a force.
This is the spiritual level when an unknown force either, for example, remove you from danger or prevents you from sinning.
Surely this is Divinity in humanity and it is very possible.
Whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Ro 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Transgression is when you break the law of God, in contempt of the law of God.
Transgressions are wrongdoings, misbehaviors, disobediences, lapses, contraventions, misdemeanors, indiscretions and the general offenses.
Iniquity is when sin and transgression become a habit.
Iniquities are immoralities, evils, injustices, crimes, sins, vices or heinousness Wickedness.
Infirmities
Infirmities are illnesses, frailties, sicknesses, weaknesses, disabilities, susceptibilities, ailments and maladies
Friend, you need Christ in your life.
My headmaster in Bible school, Pastor Clement Mbambad says, if you do not have Christ it your life your life will be in crises.
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
2Co 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
Sin then could be either transgression or iniquity or both transgression and iniquity.
But whether transgression or iniquity, sin separated man from God.
Sin prevented man from having a right standing with God.
But in Christ we are healed for the Lord Jesus bore on him all 39 consequences of sin – the afflictions or diseases or punishments.
And, because we were in him, just as we were in Adam, we have paid the full price for sin.
We can no longer be separated from God
I was saying that there are other things tied to sin like transgression and iniquities.
Isaiah 53: 1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. 11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
10 Commandments Abolished
Eph 2:15. Having Abolished in his flesh the ENMITY, even the law of commandments contained in Ordinances
Religion has taught many that to be right with God you have to do right. Religion teaches that to be righteous you have to perform a near endless laundry list of Thou shall nots – especially the 10 commandments - as contained in the Old Testament and then a new list of laws and commandments erected by the New Pharisees that control all religious organizations.
The Bible even called the laws and the commandments ENMITY because they stood between man and God.
Whereas how many of these religious organizations and organized religions know that the laws and the commandments have been ABOLISHED.
Friend, do you even know that the 10 Commandments have been ABOLISHED?
You do not believe me, do you?
See Ephesians 2 from verse 13-16. Having ABOLISHED.
Ephesians 2: 1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
Where there is no law, there is no transgression
Ro 4:15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
The truth is the mysteries of the gospel are hidden from those who are lost, lost to the world, to the carnal and to the flesh. There is nothing in the flesh that can please God.
2 Corinthians 4: 3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Why then do some people coerce others to create new laws where the Lord God has not created them or force people to live laws and commandments that were never given to them in the first place?
Whereas being all right with God or having a right standing with him does not depend on works i.e. on what you do or what you have done.
Eph 2: 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
The self-righteous boast.
The self-righteous condemn others.
The self-righteous are judgmental.
The self-righteous call names.
The self-righteous give others an identity whereas the only identity that you should accept is the one given you by God.
You may have done some of the things the self-righteous accuse you of but you are NOT those things.
The self-righteous constantly tell you what you are not. They name you after something that happened years ago.
The self-righteous live in your yesterday: your life is your today and your tomorrow.
Pastor TD Jakes says this of us all. There are things we all did yesterday that would be sin but those things are not us.
Never let anybody define you.
Never let anyone give you a name.
The self-righteous always see themselves as better than the next man or woman.
The self-righteous wake up from sleep and denounce men of God.
The self-righteous speedily cast the first stone.
Friend, listen, if you are perfect, God has no need and no use for you.
You see, the Lord God made an arch-angel called Lucifer, who was the vista of perfection and beauty.
He does not want another perfect devil - one who sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty; full of themselves- loitering about him.
He made Lucifer powerful to be his priest, praise-leader and prophet.
Then the fellow got up one morning and decided to be God.
Lucifer said to himself:
Isaiah 14:13. I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Of course the Lord God cast him out.
Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations. 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
See the fall of Lucifer in Ezekiel
The iniquity of pride was found him.
He covered himself with the violence of pride and so he sinned.
Ezekiel 28: 12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty; thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffic; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
Lucifer and the Five “I Wills.”
Beware of folks who carry on with “I and I and I and I will.”
They are suffering from the Iniquity of Pride.
The Devil’s Sin.
Saved-Being saved – to be Saved
See something.
How the Christ in you works for you, as you, with you and you.
Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 for God is at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
Christ-ian churches use verse 12 to terrorize their members: work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
They conveniently forget verse 13: for God is at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
God is at work in you!
God as work as you.
Christ in work in you.
Christ at work as you!
You see friend, man is a spirit, he lives in a body and he has a soul.
Spirit Salvation is instanta.
Soul salvation is continuous. You save your soul by renewing your mind and connecting that mind to the root-source of daily; minute by minute and second by second salvation.
Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Ro 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Body Salvation is at the rapture. When mortal puts on immortality.
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Soul Salvation by the renewal of the mind.
The mind is the gateway to the soul
The Soul-mind has 03 parts:
1. Contemplation or the now
2. Memory or the yesterday
3. Imagination or the tomorrow
The mind is sub-conscious and conscious.
Conscious is contemplation and imagination
Sub-conscious is memory.
If your Memory is of and from your yesterday then your yesterday stretches right back to Abraham and Adam. This means that there are sins, iniquities and transgressions in you that you know nothing about.
And until you are un-programmed and deprogrammed from these ancient altars you will not go very far in your Christ-ian life.
See the example.
Patterns of the Bloodline is another sermon in itself. Patterns of the Bloodline. Like Father like Son. God is a Spirit. The Man that God made is a Spirit, he lives in a body and he has a soul. The Spirit is of God. The body is of dust. And the soul is both conscious and sub-conscious. You see, sinful man is not made by God because God is too HOLY to behold SIN. In other words, who told you that God made you? You are jure a mere biological process made by your father and your mother? Adam made a son in his own – Adam’s - likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth
Ge 5:3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
Note that the Bible does not say Cain was made in the image and likeness of God or Adam so that should tell you who beguiled Eve and how it was done and who the Father of Cain was. That should tell you where the SPIRIT OF MURDER that was in Cain came from. However, traits that are in our subconscious and transferred from generation to generation, from father to son. Abraham loved fair women and he lied because of a fair woman. His son, Isaac loved fair women and he told the same lie because of a fair woman long after Abraham was dead. By the third generation, Jacob was not a mere liar. He was a CROOK. A 419er, par excellence.
Exodus 20:5…visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Patterns of the bloodline means that we could be victims of sins, iniquities and transgressions bequeathed unto you by your blood line.
But be then sins, iniquities or transgressions Christ delivered us from all of them and their curses.
Ga 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
Hence we cannot be condemned for anything whatsoever if we are in Christ.
Ro 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
TRAINING IN DIVINITY
Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 for God is at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
The uncertainties of life and the vicissitudes of existence do not in any manner contradict who you really are – divinity, divine and the child of God. Iron sharpens iron. The Lord God planned those challenges to sharpen you, to train you to be a God.
Lu 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
All evolutionary creature life is beset by certain inevitabilities. Are you a coward? Then you desire courage — strength of character. You must, per force, be reared in an environment which necessitates grappling with hardships and reacting to disappointments.
And to build courage and strength into you while dismissing cowardice to its empty nothingness, then you must, per force, need strength in your INNER MAN by the WORD of God though faith.
Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
You get this courage and strength, not by your own power and might but by calling upon the name of Jesus. 1Sa 2:9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
Zec 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, this is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
Are you the egocentric, self-centered type who lacks altruism — service of one’s fellows? Then life experience must provide for encountering situations of social inequality.
Do you lack hope - the grandeur of trust - or that ability to trust completely? Then your existence must constantly be confronted with insecurities and recurrent uncertainties.
Designed to make you prevail.
And he is with you every step of the way.
Isa 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Do you lack faith – the ability to be guided by the VOICE of God which is itself the supreme assertion of human thought? Then your mind will find itself in that troublesome predicament where it knows less than it can believe. Until you find faith you cannot please God.
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Do you hate the truth and the ability to go wherever it leads? Then you will grow up in a world where error is present and falsehood always possible.
Do you desire idealism — the approaching concept of the divine? Then you will struggle in an environment of relative goodness and beauty, surroundings stimulative of the irrepressible reach for better things.
Do you lack loyalty— devotion to highest duty?
Then your will carry on amid the possibilities of betrayal and desertion; until you learn loyalty with practical details. Remember, the valor of devotion to duty consists in the implied danger of default. Is unselfishness — the spirit of self-forgetfulness — desirable? Then must mortal man live face to face with the incessant clamoring of an inescapable self for recognition and honor.
Man could not dynamically choose the divine life if there were no self-life to forsake. Man could never lay saving hold on righteousness if there were no potential evil to exalt and differentiate the good by contrast. Is pleasure — the satisfaction of happiness — desirable? Then must man live in a world where the alternative of pain and the likelihood of suffering are ever-present experiential possibilities.
Php 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
The journey is back to the FATHER: from five-senses carnal self-seeking and self-righteous entity to multisensory; from ordinary to mystic; from deity to divinity: The journey is from finite to infinite; from TIME to ETERNITY: from body to spirit, from man to God – from carnal to divine in spite of and despite our humanity.
Friend, we are evolving from five-sensory humans into multi-sensory or spiritual humans. The Lord God designed our five senses to enable us perceive physical reality. But he also put a spirit part of himself into us to enable us reconnect to a larger, higher dynamic spiritual systems where he operates. There is reality beyond our five senses. Higher life is possible. Divinity in humanity is possible. It takes belief and confession of our belief by faith to get there. It takes wisdom and knowledge and understanding and counsel and stamina and righteousness and the love of God i.e. the Holy Spirit to stay connected to the spiritual realm and stay connected.
See what the Bible says about the matter.
1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
1Co 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
The perfect does not come when you die.
The perfect comes when you CONFESS Christ.
Have you started the journey?
Do you know how to start the journey back home?
Read Romans 10:8-13 and do all it says therein.
Tell yourself: I am going somewhere.
This is not all there is about me!
See something.
Romans 8:9-17 and the emphasis on joint-heir-ship.
Romans 8: 9-17 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
People seldom pay attention to this – the divinity in man at CREATION.
Ever bear in mind — God and men need each other. They are mutually necessary to the full and final attainment of eternal personality experience in the divine destiny of universe finality.
1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
Now are we.
Today!
Right here, right now!
The righteousness of God in Christ Jesus
Righteousness implies that God is the source of the moral law of the universe. Truth exhibits God as a revealer, as a teacher. But love gives and craves affection, seeks understanding fellowship such as exists between parent and child. Righteousness may be the divine thought, but love is a father’s attitude. The erroneous supposition that the righteousness of God was irreconcilable with the selfless love of the heavenly Father, presupposed absence of unity in the nature of Deity and led directly to the elaboration of the atonement doctrine, which is a philosophic assault upon both the unity and the free-willness of God.
The affectionate heavenly Father, whose spirit indwells his children on earth, is not a divided personality — one of justice and one of mercy — neither does it require a mediator to secure the Father’s favor or forgiveness. Divine righteousness is not dominated by strict retributive justice; God as a father transcends God as a judge.
God is never wrathful, vengeful, or angry. It is true that wisdom does often restrain his love, while justice conditions his rejected mercy. His love of righteousness cannot help being exhibited as equal hatred for sin. The Father is not an inconsistent personality; the divine unity is perfect. In the Paradise Trinity there is absolute unity despite the eternal identities of the co-ordinates of God.
God loves the sinner and hates the sin: such a statement is true philosophically, but God is a transcendent personality, and persons can only love and hate other persons. Sin is not a person. God loves the sinner because he is a personality reality (potentially eternal), while towards sin God strikes no personal attitude, for sin is not a spiritual reality; it is not personal; therefore does only the justice of God take cognizance of its existence. The love of God saves the sinner; the law of God destroys the sin. This attitude of the divine nature would apparently change if the sinner finally identified himself wholly with sin just as the same mortal mind may also fully identify itself with the indwelling Holy Spirit. Such a sin-identified mortal would then become wholly unspiritual in nature (and therefore personally unreal) and would experience eventual extinction of being. Unreality, even incompleteness of creature nature, cannot exist forever in a progressingly real and increasingly spiritual universe.
Mercy is simply justice tempered by that wisdom which grows out of perfection of knowledge and the full recognition of the natural weaknesses and environmental handicaps of man.
“Our God is full of compassion, gracious, long-suffering, and plenteous in mercy.”
3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
Therefore “whosoever calls upon the Lord shall be saved,” “for he will abundantly pardon.” “The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting”; yes, “his mercy endures forever.” “I am the Lord who executes loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth, for in these things I delight.” “I do not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men,” for I am “the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort.”
God is inherently kind, naturally compassionate, and everlastingly merciful. And never is it necessary that any influence be brought to bear upon the Father to call forth his loving-kindness. A successful prayer is not where the petitioner had caused God to change his mind. My God knows all your needs and he knows that you need these things and he has sworn to supply your needs.
Not provide your needs.
He is Jireh, the provider but for you he is the Supplier.
Php 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
The creature’s need is wholly sufficient to insure the full flow of the Father’s tender mercies and his saving grace. Since God knows all about his children, it is easy for him to forgive. The better man understands his neighbor, the easier it will be to forgive him, even to love him.
Facing the world of personality, God is discovered to be a loving person; facing the spiritual world, he is a personal love; in religious experience he is both. Love identifies the volitional will of God. The goodness of God rests at the bottom of the divine free-willness — the universal tendency to love, show mercy, manifest patience, and minister forgiveness.
Consequently:
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Beware of religion.
The laws and the commandments created a religion, a lifestyle and a more for the Jews and the Jews only.
The Lord Jesus called the Pharisees HYPOCRITES because of their religiosity: He told them point blank that they make the WORD of God worthless to them because of their religion.
They Pharisees asked Jesus why his disciples were not religious.
Mt 15:2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. Mt 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death. 5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. 7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
I repeat that the laws and the commandments were given to the Jews and not the Gentiles. These laws created a religion in the Jews which religion the Lord Jesus condemned in the strongest possible terms. The religion of the Pharisees taught, for example, that you could actually go to heaven if you wash your hands before eating. And the Pharisees expected everyone to respect this law to the letter.
See Mark 7.
Mr 7: 1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem. 2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault. 3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders. 4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brazen vessels, and of tables. 5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands? 6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, this people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. 7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. 9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition. 10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death: 11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free. 12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother; 13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
We have this day a sea of Neo Pharisees, children of the father – the devil – who would mislead the unwary into their religion, which religion hides the truth about the power of Christ working in the children of God.
They tell you, for example, to bring fat tithes and offerings to the church and to but Pastor So and So a jet.
Listen fat tithes and a jet are not the keys to heaven.
They tell you, for example, to pay for a religious ritual called the High or Low or Special Mass can actually take a soul that decided to be impenitent from total separation from God i.e. Hell to Heaven.
Listen, God cannot be bribed.
God is righteous; therefore is he just. “The Lord is righteous in all his ways.” “‘I have not done without cause all that I have done,’ says the Lord.” “The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.” The justice of the Universal Father cannot be influenced by the acts and performances of his creatures, “for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, no respect of persons, no taking of gifts.”
How futile to make puerile appeals to such a God to modify his changeless decrees so that we can avoid the just consequences of the operation of his wise natural laws and righteous spiritual mandates! “Be not deceived; God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.” True, even in the justice of reaping the harvest of wrongdoing, this divine justice is always tempered with mercy. Infinite wisdom is the eternal arbiter which determines the proportions of justice and mercy which shall be meted out in any given circumstance. The greatest punishment (in reality an inevitable consequence) for wrongdoing and deliberate rebellion against the government of God is loss of existence as an individual subject of that government. The final result of wholehearted sin is annihilation. In the last analysis, such sin-identified individuals have destroyed themselves by becoming wholly unreal through their embrace of iniquity. The factual disappearance of such a creature is, however, always delayed until the ordained order of justice has been fully complied with. When this sentence is finally confirmed, the sin-identified being instantly becomes as though he had not been. There is no resurrection from such a fate; it is everlasting and eternal. The living energy factors of identity are resolved by the transformations of time and the metamorphoses of space into the cosmic potentials whence they once emerged. As for the personality of the iniquitous one, it is deprived of a continuing life vehicle by the creature’s failure to make those choices and final decisions which would have assured eternal life. When the continued embrace of sin by the associated mind culminates in complete self-identification with iniquity, then upon the cessation of life, such an isolated personality is absorbed into the over soul of creation, becoming a part of the evolving experience of the Supreme Being. Never again does it appear as a personality; its identity becomes as though it had never been. In the case of personality that had tasted of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit returns to the Father, its source. This separation from God of a sinful spirit, one who refused to be saved is Hell.
Who told you that building a fat cathedral for some god will take you to heaven?
Who told you that building a fat cathedral for some god will increase your spiritual growth?
Friend, if your work and your money could give you eternal life and salvation then you are actually saying that you do not need Jesus.
You are actually saying that Christ died in vain.
Ga 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
You can only do right by being right with God because then the Lord God himself via his spirit will show you how to have a right standing with him.
He will lead you along the path of righteousness.
Oh, so you recite Psalms 23 without meaning it?
The Lord is My Shepherd
Psalms 23:1. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
Listen, I have posted and reposted the very simple way of salvation in these e-groups. Some have heeded the warning. Some have ignored me. Others have deleted my warnings. Will you then blame God if you fail the simple test of eternal life?
Can you imagine what it is to be DEAD for eternity?
Lifeless?
You do not exist!
Let go and let God.
Do you desire to be considered righteous in the eyes of the Lord God?
Do you desire to have ETERNAL LIFE?
Then do this?
The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen.
