Interview: They will hire over Skype but will give a preference towards local candidates to interview on-site
Minimum Skills Required :
Root cause analysis for performance degradation and the ability to propose corrective action
Oracle applications R12 and Oracle database 11g experience
Oracle application installation and patching
Patch management
Administration of concurrent manager, forms and report server
User administration
Understanding of security best practices and security implementations
Application and database cloning
Problem identification and resolution
Monitoring and performance tuning of Oracle application and database
Backup & recovery utilizing RMAN
DBMS installation and upgrade experience
Installation and maintenance of database structures
Development and maintenance of shell scripts
SQL performance tuning
Creation and maintenance of documentation
Production support of the E-Business Application, third party software and database
Familiarity with database architecture, both logical and physical design
UNIX skills
Strong application and traditional DBA experience and skills
