•Monitor database performance and space requirements.

•Manage and report time spent on all work activities.

•Ability to work in a team environment

•Analyze the current transactional database designs to determine needed improvements

•Document and standardize data structures, procedures and processes

•Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes

•Strong quantitative, analytics, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required

•Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards is a must

•Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Mentor and coach peers

•Provide knowledge transfer to peers
