Mandatory Technical Skills
We need someone equipped with architect exp earlier and laddered up to Program manager.
Look for SOA, Omnichannel and Microsoft technology exp.
Rate is not a problem for right candidate.
Work requirements – two phases
Phase 1 :
Roadmapping understanding & proposal development
· Understanding roadmap of several engineering teams across est. 4-5 engineering groups in order to support a defined set use cases for MS Omni Channel
· Identify and document the roadmap, timing and schedule differentials by eng'g group
· Formulate a proposal for exec review. Include detailed roadmap, operational plan & financials per the Omni Channel use cases defined
Conduct exec reviews of findings for execs to socialize and assist make recommendations to further senior Execs – VP, CVP level
Establish timelines & schedules for the various engineering roadmaps planned, ready for execution in next phase
Phase 2:
Drive the implementation and management of deliverables of plan in CY2015/2H2015 (MS)
Skills required/desired:
Experience with technical roadmapping and requirements gathering
Proven record of proposal creation (roadmaps timelines, operations, financials)
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Ideally have strong online expertise or experience with brick and mortar retail domain
