A very Good morning to all of you.
Some of us crib oh it's Monday.
Here are eight reasons to celebrate Monday mornings at work.
1. On Monday morning you prepare for your corporate world
You go to work and indulge in creative and intellectual activities. Indulging in these is the core of being human. This sets you apart from the crowd and you progress on daily basis.
2. You get a chance to meet all your colleagues
Man is a social animal. We all yearn to be in company. You get a chance to interact with your colleagues and learn mutually.
3. You get a chance to face your boss
Yes, we know you do not love your boss. Hardly anybody does. But meeting your boss and being under his hawk eyes makes you disciplined, competitive and collaborative.
You wish to impress her/him and bring laurels for yourself. You stretch yourself. This is good for you for long term career growth.
4. You add one more day to your wonderful professional career
Your CV gets heavier and worthier. :-)
5. Monday gives you an opportunity...
... to impress your colleagues and bosses through your efforts and ideas. Go give a wonderful presentation, hand-hold your juniors, moderate a meeting and impress all. Monday is the day to polish your personality and refine your leadership qualities.
6. Monday is the day, when you start earning your livelihood
Efforts to earn your daily bread begins every Monday. All your EMI payments depend on it. All your beautiful future plans get shaped on Monday. :-)
7. Someone special is waiting for you
This is another wonderful and sweet reason to be cheerful at work on a Monday morning.
After all you have to impress this special one by your knowledge, oratory and magnetism; moreover you know there is tough competition, so you cannot take any chance.
So bring out your finest deodorant.
Bring out your finest nail polish.
Monday mornings is the time to look your best!
8. No Monday, no life
If no week, then there is no month. If there is no month, there is no year. Logically... no life.
Life will come to standstill. It is philosophical, but true.
So just jump from your bed, and say: Hurrah! Thank God it's Monday!
