Job Description:
 
·       6/8 years of experience in Salesforce programming.
·       Should have strong knowledge of Apex, Visual Force IDE, Workflow rules and administrative activities.
·       Should have experience of working on all SDLC phases (requirement analysis, impact analysis, design, development, creation of test plans, unit testing, User Acceptance testing, deployment) of development / maintenance projects independently.
·       Should be able to effectively translate business requirements into technical design.
·       Knowledge of Sales force migration projects (from 1.0 to 2.0) would be an added advantage.
·       Should possess excellent coordination, communication skills (both verbal & written) and client interfacing capabilities.
·       Knowledge of Insurance domain is desired.
·       Need to mentor 2/3 offshore resources.
