shops and small business start to operate at 9am in Buea,
Tiko, Limbe, Kumba and shut down down at 7pm .
On the other hand their
counterparts in Kribi, Ebolowa, Bafoussam, Douala ,
Yaoundé, start at 5am and shut down at mid-night?
