That is interesting. When you are done, please consider writing why some Europeans are lazy when they open their service stores at 09:00am and shut down 4:30pm Mon through Friday when most of their customers close from work at 5pm and ready to shop, Mon thru Friday. Rather than corroborate the ignorant Charles Manga of the Ministry of Communications who was reported making such a statement, I would expect that you would come from the positive side and look at more efficient ways of doing things, Francophones included. Let's focus on building, rather than tearing down. Hope you are doing fine.
