As Corporates adopts most unethical values, they fear, fact may expose them. So they always prefer to hide facts.

 Yes, I will discuss my salary with my colleagues. Because majority are interested to know the details of salary paid to other person. Many times I asked my own brother(10 years younger than me) (Associate Vice President, Infosys,USA ) about his salary details. But he denied and said " It is my corporate policy that, not to reveal such details. I would like to be loyal to my company and its policies". My son working in SAP Labs, Bangalore said the same thing. I do not know why corporates have such policies. Thank you.
