Position - Office 365/SharePoint Consultant/Lead

Location - Wayne, NJ

Duration - 12 Months+

Role MS 365 Technical Lead

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :

Proven experience in OneDrive, SharePoint Online (Office 365) migration and implementation for a medium to large number of users/sites

Experience in Office 365 online concepts and should work with support groups for OneDrive implementation and SharePoint Upgrade from 2007 to 2013

Familiarity with Windows and Power Shell scripting

Roles and responsibility

• Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Forward facing with the business and be part of conducting business education/learning for OneDrive and SharePoint Online implementation

• Responsible for planning a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the established deadline and within the budget

• Possess excellent management skills to coordinate with the entire team, the clients and stakeholders

• Facilitate team meetings effectively

• Minimize exposure and risk on project

• Ensure project documents are complete, reviewed, approved and stored appropriately

• Hold regular status meetings with project team

• Keep project team well informed of changes within the project

• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors

• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations

• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Good to have:

Retail domain knowledge, Project lead/management experience is plus

- PMI's PMP Certification, preferred;

- Experience managing within the PMI methods and applying standard methodologies to achieve project results;

- Expertise and proven ability in risk management and mitigation
